The thing is that you system specifications meet the "Minimum" requirements, so the game will run but it is bound to lag and make the game play very boring. If you want it to run smoothly, you have to make sure that your system specifications meet the "Recommended" requirements, only then will the game run without lagging and you will be able to enjoy it
