Yes, the game will be same on PS3, PC and 360 however the quality of graphics will be higher in PS3 and 360 than PC but they will be 99% same.

K I just emailed codemaster asking when they will release a ps3 demo they said:
We are planning a demo for the PS3 version of Ashes Cricket 2009, but do not have an exact date for the release yet, unfortunately.

Well I expect the demo tomorrow because it makes some sense as people should at least get a week before the release date to try out the game .

if u have a graphics card that can plug into a hd tv then its like the same as the consoles
