| Administrator | First of all, Welcome here. I must say you that you are on the right place. After looking your specs , everything is great. I don't think so that there is any problem with your GFX card. 8400 is a supported card. What is the OS you are using? Can you tell me the processes running in your background? Open Task manager, go to Process TAB ,maximise the window and send me the screenie of it. If you still want to buy, I'll suggest you to buy 9600 GT - 512 RAM as your range is low. Please let me know if you need further support. And yes, you have not wasted anyone's time .Good Luck! |

![]() | I would say buy 9600GT 512 MB (recommended as many people use it) because it is very cheap in your city. It is available for Rs 5600 in my city (Ludhiana) so before that GFX turns costly you should buy it as that is graphic card you require for future games. Even if you buy 8400GT then it will be of no more use after few years as gaming industry is developing fast and you require the GFX which you can use for future. Most of the games released require maximum 256MB GFX so 9600GT 512MB is perfect for you for future gaming. I have all the requirement you need for future games. But it's your choice so Good Luck ! BTW I have 9600GT 1GB because it costs only 2 hundred more than 512MB (i.e Rs 5800) |

![]() | Thanks All, Firstly I am really happy to see so many people trying to help me by giving answers to my questions.Im glad that I am a member of this wonderful forum. As advised by most fo you I will soon update my graphics card to 9600GT at the earliest. Also one more thing all these issues were with the demo version and I now installed the full DVD version of the game and the problem is that the game doesnt even start.I can see cricket2009.exe running in the processes but nothing happens even after 15 minutes. Also if I click the icon again it says another instance of this program is running already. Kindly advice whether this is the graphics card problem or any other problem. Thanks all of you yet again... |

I am glad that we are able to provide some support. See, this is one of most frequently asked question. According to my knowledge, the another instance running problem occurs when you have problems with the EXE of the file. Can you post the filesize of your Cricket2009.exe. I will be able to help you then because there are some patches which causes this problem. With the filesize, I will be able to identify your problem. | |

| Administrator | Hi, To be honest, your DVD doesn't seems to be original. You must buy an original DVD in order to play the game without any problems . |
