Saitek P380 Dual analog gamepad.

Hi.
Why can`t i use my Saitek P380 Dual analog gamepad.
The game does not respond to my gamepad.
The only option is keyboard.
My gamepad works fine with other sportsgames.
( Fifa + PES

Is there really no one who can help???????.
Is it not possible to play the pc game with my gamepad.
To play the game with the keyboard is not for me.
