Ic2010 is an ok game...i have playd it on d ps3...codemasters and trickstar could have done a lot more to the game(maybe they were busy working on f1 2010).The game has been a really disappointment and not much has been worked upon as far as online play goes...
The best part about the game has been action cam(only during batting)
The shot selection of the computer has again been really bad...you ball a full pitched delivery outside the off stump and kp will hit a square cut on d back foot....really really bad.
According to me it would be a waste of money buying this game which is worth 2 grands in india....
I would still be waiting for the next cricket game by codemasters and hope they would really really work on it and take it more seriously...They should have all licensed teams and some tournaments like ipl,english county,friends provident trophy or some icc tournament like they had in brian lara 2007. They have done really well in their first game and I hope they'll do better in their next game.

I have seen the screenshots and demo videos and i m very impressed but unfortunately i m unable to run this game b'coz of the error and bugs coming out.
I think codemaster should hire or increase their testing team so that they can find the bugs before releasing

I already decided which bat I should buy and hence I selected Puma as it's easily available.

The bat is really light-weighted. I tested the bat in the South Avenue mall indoor cricket area. Since it was a bit lighter than my older bat hence my timing wasn't so perfect but after some practice I was able to time the ball easily.

I am Prithvi 17/M from Hyderabad.
Now, I did play some prof. Cricket and then left as I din't had time to spend on it.
On one of my Notebook, it was written that," You'll possibly miss the ball if you keep on think on the ways you miss it."
I read that, basically I din't understood it. But as there was a batsman with red color, I did think that it was something related to cricket.
Finally, I understood that.
Then, I was invited for a match (street cricket but played on a prof. pitch with Rubber cork ball).

I was basically an opening all rounder (Opening Batsman, Opening bowner and KEEPER)
I had to choose whether I had to bat or Keep.
I did chose to keep as there was no one was ready to keep wickets for rubber cork ball.

We invited our opponent team to bat first.
They did hit some 72 runs off their 8 overs for no wicket.
Then, as I was slightly tired as I kept wickets after a break of 4 months.
So, I kept myself down to no. 5 or no. 6.
We were 20 for no loss after 4 overs.
Bit slow run rate but I was pinch hitter and there were couple of pinch hitters with me.

Finally, we were 40 for no loss after 6.
32 off two overs.
I did call one of them back and I went on to bat.
And, I hit 4 sixes in a row..!!
I was astonished..!!
When I saw back, I was in a doubt whether that was me, who hit that 24 runs off an over.
and then, we needed 8 runs off the last over.
The other guy did defend three balls and fourth ball, he came up.
2 balls 7 runs.
The fifth ball I faced was a six..!!
and the last ball...

last ball....

he was pace bowler who bowled at mid 120's.
I wanted to try for a six but I controlled as we needed only a run.
I just tried to play Dilshan's shot for which the ball did miss me and keeper.
The ball went for four...
But it was my bat, which went and struck to stumps.
Whats the result..??..!!
As it was street cricket, we just started discussing about it and declared it a tie..

And I am now thinking about my carrier.
After a long gap of 4 months, I did show that performance and I am thinking how would it be if I play some prof. cricket.

I won the toss and choose to bat first.


We started well and had a good opening partnership of 87 but then we had a serious collapse and lost our next 7 wickets for just 9 runs so after 10 overs we were on 96/7.Then i came to bat and said my partner that now we have to bat through the end if we want to post a good total.We batted normally and did not take risks.In the end we finished on 7 for 122 in 15 overs.:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
It was a compatative total and i was happy but not confident.

So we started our bowling

It was a cloudy day i went with my team to the ground.So the toss began and luckily i won the toss i choose to bat first.I want to tell you that this festival rules are

15 overs per side
11 players per side
every bowler can bowl max 3 overs

So we started the batting and i sent my two best openers.they bowled well and restrict us to only 128/9.i scored 23 on 15 bowls.:p:p:p


Now on to my department the bowling.I opened the bowling for my team and bowled quite well.I went for just 14 runs in 3 overs with 2 wickets.

Now on the intresting part of this match they were on 112/6 after 14 overs and i was thinking that we will win this match.I gave the last over to one of the best bowler of my team
and i was pretty sure that he will do for us but i was shocked when he gone for 3 sixes in 4 bowls.Oooh man what has he done.:scared::scared::scared:I was ashamed but it was true that we have lost the match.

Now it is the do or die situation for us in the tournament. Our next match is on Sunday.Hope we will win it.Pray for me.

Today (23-8-09) we played a cricket match of 6 overs each side(total 12 overs) with 8 player each side(total 16 players). Each side must have 6 batsman & 2 bowlers or each side can have 5 batsman, 1 all rounder & 2 bowlers. I was a bowler. our side come with 6 batsmans & 2 bowlers.


HERE WE GO THE TOSS BEGIN....

1 player(captain) from each side come. I was not the captain :angry: of our team. Our captain has the coin & the opponent team will say the toss. He told HEADS. The luck was with us from starting. hurray!! we won the toss and chose to bat first.


HERE WE GO THE MATCH RULES.....

1) 1 Bowler must bowl 3 overs.

2) The other 3 overs can be bowl by 2 bowler or only 1 bowler.

3) If the team has come with 5 batsman , 1 all rounder & 2 bowlers than the 6 overs must be divided into 3 parts. 2 overs each to 3 bowlers

In this match me and my friend done toss he won and he choosed to bat team were selected before.His team camed to bat i am basically a allrounder opening bastmen opening bowler but that day i gaved my friend first ball it was 6 over match.My friend gaved away 20 runs i was in deep thought now i came to bowl i also gaved away 10 runs score 30/0 there were just two player's per team so no bowling change all overs after two over's were like that only with heavy runs.now it was some fun time 5 over's was done and it was my last over and there team last over there socre was 60/0 first ball it's high in the air can my friend catch it no it is dropped and it's a six.:angry:second ball slow delivery no run close to stump's.Third ball it is again high in the air can this time my friend catch it yes he has simple catch.Fourth ball bowled him gone yes and score is 60/2 so there innings is over.:)

We were bit scared after that total 60 because of 10 run rate.My friend who was in another team started his over 1st ball no run second ball my friend who was in my team was bowled now i was dam'n scared.After few over's our team score was 30 in 4 over's now 31 from 3 over's was bit hard but i was in full power and in stamina so that i can win my team.After 4th over score was 41.one six in that over.now two over's left 20 to get in 5th over i just hit one four and we want 16 of last over.My friend from another team came to me and exchanged some word's perhap's it was giving me more confidence to play i also said him few word's now i was burn.:angry:His first ball six second ball dot third ball six 4 from 3 4th ball single 5th ball single 3from 2 single again ok my god can we win last ball it is flat short thorugh straight good fielding i have run one only till now can i run second no i can't ball has benn thrown.it is time for ball-our.

After 2 overs I saw that Matt Prior in behind the stumps was eating a chewing gum. You could even actually see it. It was really cool and I am really excited about this game.

I was controlling Sri Lanka and I chosen to bowl first after winning the toss. Pakistan batted really well as Malik and Akamal scored their 50. Pakistan made 182/6 after 20 overs. When Sri Lanka came to bat, Jayasuriya got run out in the first ball of first over. Then Sangakara came into bat and scored 47 runs.

In the end, Sri Lanka won by 5 wickets and made 183 in 19.2 overs.

When I started playing, it was a bit tough for me to understand the AI but after I spent some time, it was really enjoying to play that game. I found the gameplay to be more realistic than Cricket 07 however you can't compare the graphics as Cricket 07 was better but the gameplay and shots were really awesome.

ICC Cricket 09 was under development after the old title Cricket 07. The game was planned to be released in the first week of may but suddenly the scenario changed and now we can't even smell ICC Cricket 09.

ICC Cricket 09 was featuring officially licensed ICC T20 World Cup 2009 and also Champions Trophy which could be a real fun.

However, we can still hope for this game to come this year as the game listing is still alive in EA's official online registration page, OFLC and also PEGI Pan.

The game is complete from HB Studios but EA took it in their meal as a special dish.   • The injuries doen't even take the player off(retired hurt)
  • And no-where I have seen something about Substitutions
