how to install face patches ?

Hi everybody, I need help regarding the installation of the face patches for different players e.g. I have downloaded the face patches for Mohammad Yousaf, Yuvraj Singh and Umer Akmal. How should i make use of them, can anyone help ?

Go to Player Editor folder, open bats.xml, and check the filename for particular player, copy that filename and rename the downloaded file. Now, paste the renamed (downloaded) file into root directory.

root directory is that where is cricket07.exe file is.
