Stick Cricket Thank fans for hitting sixes

After winning the "Best Online Cricket Simulation" title in Cricket Gaming Awards 2010, CricketGaming have few words from the team of Stick Cricket. Stick Cricket thank all the fans who have hit many sixes and many wickets. Here is what Stick Cricket says:

"The Stick Sports team is stoked to win the Best Online Cricket Simulation game in the Cricket Gaming Awards for Stick Cricket. The game was first created as a way of avoiding real work, so it gives us great pleasure to know that we're doing our bit to reduce the work productivity of millions around the world.
We were hoping for an awards ceremony with free booze and the chance to give a long-winded, self-aggrandising and pretentious acceptance speech, but this will have to do instead.

On a serious note, Stick Cricket was the first of the Stick Sports and is the main reason why the site has grown to be one of the biggest sport websites on the internet. This award is testament to the fact the tech geeks behind the game, when not on World of Warcraft raids, are one talented bunch.

But most of all, thank you to our fans - who risk their employment, schooling and relationships, all in the quest to hit another six or two? or maybe even master those bloody spinners. Keep trying, and we'll keep working on the game to ensure it remains the best online cricket simulation game out there!"
