this game has to be purchased either the boxed game or from steam( it is a digital distribution site )and if you buy now you will already have the latest patch.if you have bought it back it automatically updates

If you guys bought the game through steam,you will get the game updated automatically.If you had downloaded the game illegally,you will not get the patch.If you buy the game now,it will be in 1.07.It's only 10$ in a few shops.500 rupees if you're in India.
