I don't really know whether a player editor is available for this game or not. However, I am quite sure that the names and some statistics can be edited using Hex Editing.

I would rather suggest you that instead of taking so much of pain, simply download the roster patch by Stumped. That's what I have done.

No it doesn't require any hex editing since the rosters are in simple text form which can be opened by notepad

No. Though you can open it but you can't edit it. If you'll try to edit it from Notepad then offsets will get changed and you'll just see weird names and greyish uniform in the game.

However, the only way to edit teams is just first edit any extras teams and then move the roster to the International team's roster.
