Date Format

There is no option to change Date Format. I really want to change this. I want Expanded European Format like 8th June, 2009 but it shows 6-8-2009. Sorry if there is already Date Format.

Well you cannot change the date format. It can be only changed by the administrators. A board has a specific date format set by the staff. We just didn't set this expanded format because it takes a lot of space in the tables.

I agree with you friend863.
The current date format, is a inconvenient for those habitual to the dd-mm-yy format.
Hey stumped, I request you to make an option of the date format, available in the Setting in the User CP, and make it selectable just like the Time Format is.

Well you can change it and we have changed the date format if you will look now. It's now DD-MM-YYYY
