Absolutely, I've already mentioned some of the features in the other threads here

To keep it simple, It's basically going to combine game-play with managerial ability. And it's going to be extremely social , which means that it's going to be a lot of fun to play.

I will definitely say that it's a couple of weeks is achievable, although certain fine-tunings may take more than that.

And since it's going to be massively 'social', we're going to incorporate Social features one at a time, and gauge how users respond to them as opposed to putting them all in at the same time. Technically, the game will always be a work-in-progress, but rest assured, the game will be very playable and enjoyable in 4-5 weeks time
