HOW TO MAKE AN ELECTRONIC ADBOARD?
FIRST YOU HAVE TO KNOW HOW TO MAKE A SIMPLE ADBOARD.
YOU CAN GET IT FROM here
NOW DOWNLOAD THIS TEMPLATE

NOW OPEN THE SIMPLE ADBOARD AND THEN MAKE ANOTHER LAYER OF IT

PLACE THE TEMPLATE ON THAT OTHER LAYER

NOW GO TO LAYER PROPERTIES AND USE BLENDING OPTIONS AND THEN SELECT MULTIPLY IF STILL NOT APPEARING USE OPACITY LEVEL

here are some model adboards i have made any one can use them but he must credit me for that

Good work mate save it into a world document and attach the file so it will be a downloadable tutorial

Good but with halftone patern we can make a lot better than this
